Good facilitation skills are vitally important to enable people to think and learn together about how best to respond to God’s call in their daily lives.
This section offers some helpful tips about how best to facilitate an After Sunday group using the downloadable resources from the After Sunday Resources Catalogue.
After Sunday is developing a resource to help and encourage those who are interested to grow as confident facilitators in a wide variety of setting. We will be building up this resource by summer 2011.
The section has an outline of the main topics we will be addressing. Please contact us of you feel you can help.
Use this self assessment questionnaire to review your current level of confidence as a facilitator and identify where you think your priorities might be for further development and growth.
Answer the questions based on your current experience across the range of situations that you might find yourself called to facilitate.
Can you help After Sunday develop our on-line resource for developing facilitators?
We would very much value your reflections on 4 questions about your experience as a facilitator. You can do this anonymously if you wish but if you are willing, then please also leave you name and email address.
Here are the comments from those who have completed the survey to date grouped into the 10 units that we are developing. Thank you to those who who have contributed to date. Please add your views by completing the survey.
